    All excursions offer a profound experience of this territory in the far south, for which we have outlined six different exploration areas, each with its own set of unique geographic, cultural and biosphere characteristics.

  • The Argentine Chef Mr. Pablo Jesús Rivero- the great exponent of Argentine cuisine and owner of the restaurant “Don Julio”, which has been voted the 14th best restaurant in Latin America according to The World’s 50 Best Restaurants of 2022 - and Guido Tassi, his chef adviser at Don Julio, designed the new menu for this lodge.

    The kitchen uses fresh local produce from small producers on the area. The estate gaucho culture stands out in the gastronomy, such as the rite of a barbecue over a wood fire.

    The lodge also provides open Bar and a premium wine list selected by Héctor Vergara, the only Master Sommelier in Latin America, for travelers who want to discover Chilean territory through this beverage.

PATAGONIA PARK SUITES

The lodge has only 5 suites of 35 – 42 m2 ( 350-420 sf) with magnificent views to the Tamanto and Tamanguito hills and to the park in general. Designed to take full advantage of the silence, privacy, and spaciousness of the surrounding landscape, ensuring deep rest after a long day of exploration.

The lodge preserves much of the decor and infrastructure designed and chosen by Douglas and Kristine Tompkins. The lodge covers 750 m2 ( 7,500 sf) and has views of Cerro Tamango, Tamanguito and the park in general.
