This lodge is in the heart in the Sacred Valley of the Incas in an old corn plantation bordering the community of Urquillos in Peru.
To get here you have to fly from Lima, Perú to Cuzco.
The lodge’s team will pick you up and take you to and from the lodge and the various hotels and airport in Cuzco at pre-established times during the day.

Visiting Incan archeological sites, following the course of the Urubamba River on bike, Visiting Machu Picchu* or reaching a glacier near Cuzco are some of the excursions the lodge’s team has carefully designed for its guests. With over 40 possibilities to explore on foot, by van or bike from basic level to expert, our guests discover places ranging from traditional villages barely touched by the force of globalization to ancestral vestiges and lagoons lost amid the Andes. The excursions, which are aimed at the search for excellence and the rescue of local culture, using local ingredients that result in preparations with an identity that honors Andean cuisine. With activities for all abilities, in four levels of difficulty and half- or full-day options. All excursions are included in the program.

Sacred Valley lodge lodge has 50 rooms, designed to provide a comfortable stay while enjoying spectacular views to the surrounding landscape. All rooms have two twin beds or a king size bed with spectacular views of the fields and mountains. Wood paneling, and décor adds cozy touches, making them unique spaces to unwind and enjoy the destination.
Wi-Fi is only available in the hotel’s common areas.

Lodge rates include: Accommodations, all guided excursions, meals: breakfast, lunch* and dinner, and open bar. Transfers from Cuzco Hotel or Airport to lodge, and vice versa. Use of the spa, with additional cost for massages.

The Peruvian chef Virgilio Martínez, owner of “Central”, a restaurant that has been recognized for years as the second best restaurant in the world according to The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2022 ranking, has designed the gastronomic menu for Explora in the Sacred Valley. An outstanding culinary offering, either in our restaurant as well as for the outdoor trips outside the lodge.
The SPA is located in an old colonial house rescued by our restoration and archeology team. The lodge’s spa is inside, where our guests can enjoy 1 heated open-air swimming pool, 2 Jacuzzis, 2 massage rooms*, 1 sauna and 1 steam bath.
